: Right click on "Start Screen" (at the very bottom left corner)

: Left click on "Command Prompt (Admin)

 Once the Command Prompt opens up, type in "slui 3" and press enter.  This will bring up a Windows Activation Window.

Step 4: Enter the MAK activation key for  Windows 8 Professional or Enterprise in the dialog box. and click "activate"

I even tried to delete as much REGISTRY keys as possible from Regedit thats anything Acro/Acrobat related even and again still same issue... idk if theres any Acrobat/Adobe Registry cleaner or Uninstaller that would be nice to have... Im afraid that last solution to able to install the software would be a Clean windows install... which would suck back
